Eastern desserts are a characteristic treasure of Eastern confectionery with roots that reach back to the Ottoman Empire
but also in Ancient Greece.
Combining aromas, textures and flavors of phyllo, nuts and syrup, classics like baklava and kadaifi tell stories of tradition and culture that unite East and West.


BUTTER
A key factor in our success is the fat blends we use, Ghee butter and Milba Fermenté milk.
Butter, essential in oriental sweets, enhances the aroma and gives our products a unique flavor.
