Eastern desserts are a characteristic treasure of Eastern confectionery with roots that reach back to the Ottoman Empire

but also in Ancient Greece.

 

Combining aromas, textures and flavors of phyllo, nuts and syrup, classics like baklava and kadaifi tell stories of tradition and culture that unite East and West.

BUTTER
A key factor in our success is the fat blends we use, Ghee butter and Milba Fermenté milk.

Butter, essential in oriental sweets, enhances the aroma and gives our products a unique flavor.
 OUR PHYLLO
Our phyllo, of excellent quality from Pieri Gusti, is prepared with fine flours that give it ideal moisture and elasticity.

In the hands of a craftsman, it becomes "clay" for unique creations, the foundation of flavor and texture in oriental sweets.

Syropi Academy passionately promotes the art of syrupy desserts in Greece and abroad, offering seminars and consulting services with experienced Pastry Chefs.

Combining tradition and innovation, it creates sweets that stand out in taste and aesthetics.
